7 members of Kenilworth runners ventured to Coventry Memorial Park on Friday evening to take part in the Coventry Godiva Autumnal 5, a 5 mile, 2 lap race around the Memorial Park, under ideal conditions with a slight wind.

Hatton - Multi Terrain 5
On a very nice Sunday morning ten members of Kenilworth Runners travelled the short distance to Hatton Country World, Dark Lane, Hatton, to take part in the annual five mile multi-terrain race.
There the joined an estimated 100 other runners many also from local clubs.
The course lay entirely within Hatton Estate where it started and finished adjacent to Hatton Country World.
The route followed pleasant, grassy, field tracks and boundaries past maize fields for the main part with short but delightful intervals passing through small coppices and woodland making it a most enjoyable experience for the runners.
Whilst not hilly by normal standards it had its fair share of long steady inclines and proved quite a testing experience for all.
Kenilworth Ladies were the stars on the day with Emily Beecham collecting the second ladies prize and leading the ladies team to 2nd place with Nichola Green and Gill Tugman.
Pat Noonan lead the Kenilworth contingent with a superb run in 31 minutes and 5 seconds to take 3rd place overall and 1st over 40 prize.
