Warwick University Relays

Thirteen members turned out to represent the club in 4 teams for these annual relays staged by the students to raise funds for their athletics club. The course of 3.3km from the Cryfield Pavilion and around the perimeter of the university grounds took in some extremely muddy sections through the woods finishing with an uphill section . The ladies team of Mandy Crust 16.59, Tina Butler 15.31 and Nicki Maritz 15.43 (48.13) secured third place and a trophy for the club room.
