Held on rolling countryside which was beautiful to the eye but tough on the legs and lungs, the Avebury 8 Multi Terrain race was made all the harder this year with it being very muddy in places thanks to the recent rain. Tom Dable completed the 8 mile race in 71:54, wife Pauline Dable was delighted to finish the race in 82:50, which was 14 minutes quicker than last year when conditions underfoot were much drier!
