Jim Sawle knocked an amazing 21 seconds off his PB when he finished fourth in 16:57 at Brueton parkrun #105. The run was won in 16:49 by Joseph Read of Knowle and Dorridge Running Club. Jim’s time was the 23rd fastest at Brueton. Jim’s previous best was 17:18 when he ran on the 16 June this year. His best at the beginning of this year was 18:00. |
