Damp and muddy conditions slowed the going slightly for Parkrun #40 at Newbold Comyn, Leamington, but it didn’t stop junior runner Patrick Roddy from running a fine 18:03 and claiming victory on his Leamington Parkrun debut. He was followed by Pete Matthews in fourth position and ninth placed Clive Pearce set a new Leamington PB of 20:22.

Of the seven Kenilworth Runners competing, there was a new PB for Pauline Dable (27:55) and husband Tom Dable made his Leamington Parkrun debut, finishing in 25:24.
