A total of 409 runners completed today's second running of Kenilworth Runners Half Marathon, in what can only be described as exceptionally good weather given the forecast; with glorious sunshine.
The event was very well organised by Roger Wilkes co-ordinating the marshalls, refreshments, commentary, time-keepers, water stations and officials.
We would like to make special thanks to the Kenilworth Scouts and Girl Guides for 'manning' the water stations, St John's Ambulance for excellent First Aid cover, The Police, The Kenilworth Weekly News, Warwick Sports Shop and a big thanks to Coventry Building Society, who very kindly sponsored the event again this year.
