Med Ball: Curl | Print |  E-mail
  1. Begin with feet shoulder width apart.



  2. Hold a suitable weighted medicen ball in front of your body with elbows just touching your waiste.



  3. Bending at the elbows, slowly raise ball towards chest.

  5. Continue rasing ball until it reached your chin.

  6. Slowly lower ball back to start position.

    curl 3

  7. Breath steadily throughout exercise.

  8. Repeat steps 2-8 for the required number of reps.
